What We Do
Established in 2016, Mstone Healthcare Partners is an incubator of biotech, healthcare and AI companies. Mstone founds, develops and grows portfolio companies by building on novel technology as well as human and investment capital. We believe that not all development is the same and whether in life sciences, healthcare or AI, our approach is to leverage technologies that address a demonstrated need, are well-positioned for growth and commercialization, and promise attractive market positions.
We believe in the power of partnership and - regardless of the industry - our portfolio companies all seek to effect transformational change by partnering, licensing and co-developing businesses in an interest-aligned manner. The Mstone team is composed of professionals around the world who bring a range of relevant industry backgrounds with extensive experience working for globally-recognized healthcare, aesthetics, and life sciences institutions as well as technology, investment banking, private equity, investment management and legal firms.
Our professionals manage our portfolio companies at every stage of corporate development from incorporation and provide services including: IP licensing-in, prosecution and management; strategy development and execution including business, clinical and regulatory strategy; Research & Development; investor relations and marketing; IT management; as well as capital markets and IPO readiness, licensing-out, partnering, and M&A transaction execution.
